The Research On The Impact Of Extent Knowledge, Research Capabilities And Innovation Performance Based On SME

In the 21st century, the technology innovation develops very quickly in China, and more than half of them are from SME. The SME. is playing an increasingly important role in the innovation and development of our country. On the one hand, our government has gradually introduced various dividend policy to encourage SME accelerate innovation; on the other hand, many civil society organizations of spontaneous added to accelerate the promotion of SME development team, such as,some private joint-stock banks launch a special patented mortgages and similar products specifically for the SME.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge changes more quickly. Enterprises are facing society and market which is more complexty. SME have to constantly learn knowledge in order to survive. Although our government give SME a great discount, the development of SME’s still encounter a variety of problems, such as:a shortage of funds, a shortage of talent, technology upgrading and so. Therefore, for present state, enterprises, the most important is how to improve the Innovation capacity of SME.This article looks at ways of gaining access to external knowledge, research capabilities and innovative performance of absorption. First, this article summarized the results of previous research in this area by reading a large number of domestic and foreign articles;meanwhile, decide the main contents of this paper. Secondly, the article arrive at hypotheses and research model of this paper based on the results of previous studies, combining with the reality of the problem and logical deductive. Again, the article verifies the model by data, including determining statistical variable, research methods, questionnaire and so. Finally, the article selects Tianjin SME Binhai New Area as empirical study. The article analyzes data by SPSS, including the validity and reliability test, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.
