The Empirical Research On Key Links And Causes Of Agricultural Products Unsalable In Anhui Province

In recent years, agricultural product unsalable occurred frequently in our country, The problem of unsalable agricultural products not only harm the economic benefits and production enthusiasm and market confidence of farmers, but also has seriously affected farmers’ production and living, it also had some negative influences to China’s industrial structure. Anhui province is a typical agricultural province with abundant agricultural products, which is China’s important agricultural production base, in recent years, many agricultural products confront unsalable problem in many areas in Anhui province, the media reports caused huge repercussion, take measures to deal with the agricultural product unsalable problem,which has great significance on the solution of the issues related with agriculture, farmer and rural area, which also important to the optimization of agricultural structure and the rational allocation of resources.On the other hand, most of the research on agricultural products unsalable adopts the method of normative analysis, the author analyzes the reasons of agricultural products unsalable, and then puts forward some countermeasures from the perspective of the theory, The empirical analysis of the literature based on the supply chain is less. As a result, to study the links and key influence factors of where agricultural products unsalable happened based on the supply chain logistics, information flow and capital flow, can extend the application scope of supply chain management theory, improve and perfect the agricultural products supply chain research field. Supply chain management theory research scope covers all products from production to distribution to final consumption link, covers the entire process related to participate in the main body, includes the analysis of the logistics, cash flow, information flow, so the application of supply chain management theory research, will help find deeper cause of agricultural products unsalable.For the complex issues that data is difficult to collect, and which are hard to quantitative analysis, most of the literature analysis these by using analytic hierarchy process (ahp), decision laboratory (DEMATEL), and through comparison, this article, choose the DEMATEL method combined with the supply chain-reason matrix (SC)-RC matrix.This article first introduction the research progress of the field of agricultural products supply chain, the latest trends of the study of the problem of agricultural products unsalable and DEMATEL method were reviewed, and collect agricultural products unsalable instance data through the website of ministry of agriculture, Anhui rural site and other media channels, combined with Chinese knowledge network platform to retrieve relevant literature, the supply chain management theory analysis of Anhui province agricultural product unsalable, from the perspective of the agricultural products supply chain logistics, information flow, cash flow, establish the influencing factors system of agricultural product unsalable within Anhui province, including nine aspects:agricultural market oversupply; Logistics facilities not perfect; Sales network architecture is not sound; Agricultural competitive ability is insufficient; Supply chain information asymmetry between each main body; Lack of grounds in decision-making in production; Public opinion report misleading; Consumption flows decrease; Profit distribution imbalance.Based on causes of agricultural product unsalable within Anhui province,this article build SC-RC matrix model, and applies the DEMATEL method to construct the agricultural product unsalable key influence factor model, then to analysis the key link of agricultural products unsalable occurred in Anhui province and the key factors that influence respectively, the analysis results show that production and distribution of the agricultural supply chain,which is key link in the process of the Anhui province agricultural product unsalable; Asymmetric information between different subjects in the supply chain, profit distribution imbalance, Lack of decision-making in production, are the key factors which leading to the Anhui province agricultural product unsalable.According to the empirical result analysis, this paper puts forward three Suggestions:building and improving the information sharing system of agricultural products supply chain; Build and implement the benefit coordination mechanism of supply chain of agricultural products, To explore and promote agricultural products supply chain production instruction mode.
