Other costs of infrastructure in construction project financial management that accounts for sub-accounts, has an important position in the grid project financial management process.With respect to the construction and installation costs, the costs of equipment,furniture and industrial equipment purchase in terms of management, other costs of infrastructure of the project has more than another costs, the diversification of fees formation, large differences in the cost method of determining the amount and so on. Therefore, strengthening the management of other costs of infrastructure, to rational use of funds and improve investment efficiency is very important.this paper makes analysis of historical data collation of The Power Company Of H Provincial nearly three years in infrastructure and other expenses cost driver, and has a research project of other costs of infrastructure standard cost basis and method of preparation, budget management and cost criteria such as content development and implementation of for the power grid. Combined power engineering infrastructure and other costs of historical data with current standard industry-leading companies, to develop infrastructure for The Power Company Of H Provincial standard costs and other expenses related to management control systems, innovative project management model of other costs of infrastructure, and enhance overall budget costs, optimize cost control processes to achieve cost category management, infrastructure management and effective prevention of risk, and control specifications to provide a scientific basis for the Power Company Of H Provincial about other costs of infrastructure of budget management. this study has concluded that, based on historical cost and trend analysis and other methods to build the grid infrastructure project of other costs of infrastructure about the standard cost is feasible, and it need to strengthen the control of the enterprise cost management on the basis of the overall budget, which establishes standards goals and targets cost, pay much attention on standard cost in reality, through things in control, assessment improvement, cost control, to make timely adjustments etc. Then, it will have an effective control about other costs of infrastructure.
