Since the beginning of 21 Century,more and more people focus on corporate culture,it’s becoming the sign of success. Excellent corporate culture can consensus, constrained behavior,guide the work,encourage innovation. J group,as a large state-owned enterprises, has strategic adjustment period,and culture is lagging behind the development of corporate.It can not match the objective reality,so it needs to Improve the corporate culture immediately.At first,this research introduces the background,the significance, the situation domestic and abroad,the method and the technology in detail.Then,through the method of questionnaire, it comes to the problem on spirit layer, system layer, material laye. The cause of the problem can be summarized in five aspects:The leader think little of it;It do not win the support among people; The concept of people-oriented do not work well;The management and syste do not come apart; The lack of culture during the transition period.So,we draw lessons from the two companies.At last,we put forward the solutions of the corporate culture of J group.It contains the target,the principle,the stage,and the vision,the mission,the spirit,the core values,of course the Supporting measures.
