Being the common concept of value, behavior standard and morals norm of all employers and employees, the corporate culture is one of the most important factors that affect the operation and development of the corporation. It is the goal of corporation and takes an important part in the management of the corporation. However, in modern company, enterprisers play important roles in the building of corporate culture. They are builders, fosters and managers of the corporate culture. The construction of the corporate culture can not get away from enterprisers. So the personal faith, pursuit and the standard of judgment of enterprisers will essentially influence the building of corporate culture. For example, the culture values and personal characters of some great corporation's managers, such as Jack Welch of GE, Zhang Ruimin of Haier and the initiator of Panisonic corporation, could influence the soul of corporations. We can say that corporate culture is the reflection of enterpriser's culture value, and that enterprisers play important roles in the building of corporate culture.Based on this background, the aim. of this thesis is to analyze how the culture values of enterprisers affect the corporate culture of their company.Firstly, this thesis reviews the related literature theory about the enterpriser's culture value and the corporate culture and finds the blank point of research, which is the start of this thesis, on the basis of literature research. This thesis will use the method of demonstration to analyze the relationship between enterpriser's culture values and corporate culture. Secondly, we will use canonical correlation analysis method to analyze initial data on the basis of differences in the individual culture values. By using canonical correlation analysis, we found that enterprisers who have different culture values tend to make different corporate culture. Thirdly, we conclude this thesis by suggesting that an efficiency way of manage a company is enterpriser's leadership on the basis of common values.
