Research On Land-saving Technology Of New Rural Communities

Currently, the phenomenon just as collective construction land blindly sprawl and number of "Hollow Village" increased sharply is widespread in rural areas of China, resulting in land resources seriously wasted, also, it is mighty inconsistent with the "two-oriented society" and the basic national policy of land protection in China. In this context, promoting new rural community-building, researching land-saving technology integration on new rural community-building is significant.Based on the analysis of the theory and practice of the status on land-saving in rural communities at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of rural communities construction in China, from three angles as land-saving technology in layout, land-saving technology in construction and land-saving technology in safeguard measures, researched land-saving technology integration in rural communities. By principal component analysis (shorted by PCA), evaluated comprehensive development potential of rural communities, and determined center community and relocation community, in addition, combined with Delphi method, determined the land-saving-layout scheme of new rural communities. Follow the principles of land-saving in community, classified all types of land use in communities, setted and strictly followed the saving standards of various types land use, to effectively achieve the purpose of land-saving. After that, take the analytic hierarchy process (shorted by AHP) evaluated the degree of land-saving in the construction of new rural communities. From the macro and micro perspective, analysis land-saving technology in the safeguard measures of new rural communities, provided a powerful guarantee for land-saving-building programs in new rural communities.Selected Yuntian, Zhuzhou and concentrated resettlement, Yunfeng Lake for the research demonstration object, studied land-saving-layout scheme of new rural communities in Yuntian and land-saving-construction scheme of new rural communities in concentrated resettlement, Yunfeng Lake. In addition, Assessed the effects of land-saved under land-saving technology integration. The results showed that, through the implementation of land-saving technology integration in layout and construction, saved area of 537.46 hectares Construction land in Yuntian, the per capita area of Construction land reduced 219.21 square meters, the rate of land-saving is up to 67.37%, and saved 6800 square meters Construction land in concentrated resettlement, Yunfeng Lake, the rate of land-saving is to 17%, on the contrary, public green space and public service area increased, simultaneously, ecological environment and community services in rural areas more improved, reached the purposes of land resource-saving and eco-friendly.Research showed that, through integrated research and application of land-saving technology in layout, land-saving technology in construction and land-saving technology in safeguard measures, can effectively save construction land, while contributed to significantly improve the ecological environment and living conditions in rural areas, be great significance to land-saving building in new rural communities and construction of "two-oriented society" in China.
