The Land-saving Evaluation Study On The Water Conservancy Facility Land

"The notice of the State Council on the promotion of economical and intensive land use" issued by the State Council in January 3,2008,first proposed the related policies on the conservation and utilization for the land use;the "Notice on standard development of the land-saving evaluation work for construction projects" issued by the State Council in April 3,2015,formally putted forward the overall implementation for the land-saving evaluation work of the construction projects.In order to standardize the land-saving evaluation of construction projects,in February 17,2014,the State Council issued "the standard argument for the land-saving evaluation of construction projects(RFC)".Obviously,the relevant policies for the land-saving evaluation of the construction projects issued by the state were still relatively primary,so,the implementation for the land-saving evaluation of the construction projects was in the groping implementation stage in various regions,this also leaded to the different practices for the land-saving evaluation of the construction projects in different places.Based on the relevant policies for the land-saving evaluation of the construction projects issued by the state,and the relevant practices for the land-saving evaluation of the construction projects in Jiangxi Province,taking the land-saving evaluation of the construction projects for the Huaqiao reservoir key project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province as an example,the study discussed the technology for the land-saving evaluation of the project for the water conservancy facility land within the construction land types of Jiangxi Province,then the study contrasted the technology for the land-saving evaluation between the water conservancy facility land for the Huaqiao reservoir key project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province and "the standard argument for the land-saving evaluation of construction projects(RFC)",on the basis of this,the study perfected the technology for the project land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land,therefore,the study provided the basis for theoretical and practical research in order to perfect the relevant domestic technology for the project land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land.In order to perfect the relevant domestic technology for the project land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land,based on the land-saving evaluation technology of "the standard argument for the land-saving evaluation of construction projects(RFC)",with the combine methods of combining quantitative and qualitative evaluation,the study evaluated the land-saving situation of the construction projects for the Huaqiao reservoir key project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province,then obtained the conclusion of land saving evaluation.The most critical conclusion of this study is the analysis for the land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land for the Huaqiao reservoir key construction project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province,the analysis for perfecting the technology standard for the project land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land.Of which:Based on the brief introduction of the society,nature,economy and the present situation of land use in Jiangxi Province,the analysis for the land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land for the Huaqiao reservoir key construction project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province,firstly summarized the Huaqiao reservoir key construction project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province,then analyzed the detailed land-saving evaluation for the Huaqiao reservoir key construction project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province.Through the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the land-saving evaluation for the Huaqiao reservoir key construction project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province,the study obtained the final conclusion of the land-saving evaluation for the Huaqiao reservoir key construction project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province,that is high land-saving degree.the analysis for perfecting the technology standard for the project land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land contrasted the technology for the land-saving evaluation between the Huaqiao reservoir key construction project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province and construction land of the "the standard argument for the land-saving evaluation of construction projects(RFC)",then found the same or different technology for the project land-saving evaluation,finally improved and perfected the technology for the project land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land,so perfected the technology for the specific project land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land within the construction land types.The study summarized the technology of the land-saving evaluation of the Huaqiao reservoir key construction project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province,then contrasted the technology for the land-saving evaluation between the Huaqiao reservoir key construction project at Guixi City,Jiangxi Province and construction land of the national policies,aimed at the different technology for the land-saving evaluation,the study perfected the technology for the land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land,so the study provided the basis for theoretical and practical research in order to perfect the relevant domestic technology for the project land-saving evaluation of the water conservancy facility land.
