| China is the largest country of the inbound tour in the world with the largest demestic market.Government has paid more attention to tourism industry and support policies to develop consumer market.However,data shows that in recent 30 years,hotel industry of China was mainly influenced by supply and demand.Therefore,on basis of literatures,this article analyzed the situaton of marketing of high class hotel from the aspect of polices and consumed beheviour.In addition to summing up of competitive strategy, marketing strategy and brand strategy theory, author conclused the principles of marketing strategy, methods of operation in order to provoke development of high class hotel in China. All in all, combined with a more representative-Intercontinental Hotel Group in China as an example, author provide a lots of method to build the hotel marketing strategy which can be a orientation of local high class hotel. |
