Losses appear in some enterprises. This affects the enterprise’s survival and development of Chinese manufacturing industry directly. Financial control research based on value flow is one of the innovative ways of corporate governance on the aspect of financial control. Financial control based on value flow, introduces the concept of value flow to the financial control field, combine the total budget management, total cost management and total performance appraisal based on the value flow with business activities of the enterprise, so as to better grasp the important value-added part of the company value flow, to protect the interests of the company, realize the maximization of the value added and more accurately realize the role of financial control in corporate governance.Through case research of Z company, analyze value flow of business activity in the process of corporate governance, and find out the problems, financial control based on value flow make the cost of the company under control, at the same time, also about the production schedule, ensure the production operation conform to the requirements of the relevant provisions, avoid the risk of fines arising from project delay.
