Mobile communication technology transition from analog to digital technology era, is a revolution in the mobile communications industry. Today, mobile communication technology appears multiple new business, suffering the impact of the fourth wave of the information industry. Traditional voice services in the mobile communications industry continued to decline, the market share of new business in the growing and gradually evolved into a key factor in promoting the development of the mobile communications industry, and lay a solid foundation for the future development of mobile data services.I survey data for the relevant Hunan Mobile data services, integrated management theory related to master their own, the mobile industry by reading books and information theory to understand the status of the research industry. Various factors influence the behavior and consumer behavior ofconsumers, to formulate the corresponding marketing strategy, can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Network and the rapid development has an important influence on the marketing, andconsumer behavior changes will also require the enterprises to developnew marketing strategies to adapt to new changes.
