Network science is an emerging cross-discipline, and it is a powerful tool to study structure and dynamic behavior of complex system. Research of the dynamics of cooperation evolution on the structured group attracts a large number of scientists who have different background. Amounts of game models in economics are introduced the research of structured network game, such as Snowdrift Game, Stag-hunting Game, Public Goods Game and so on.These models in the research of structure network game have gained some achievements to expand our understanding of the evolution of cooperative behavior.Although the Traveler’s Dilemma Game has been researched in economics, it rarely attracts the attention of researchers in the area of network game and need to be further studied. The paper focuses on the evolution of cooperation of TDG on the structure group game. The main research contents and innovation are summarized as follows:(1) A new strategy update rule named self-learning strategy update rule, based on Fermi rule, which more caters to human’s thinking behavior is proposed after analyzing several classical strategy update rules. Through large amounts of simulation experiments, the self-learning strategy update rule can promote group cooperative behavior.(2) The evolution of TDG’s cooperation on classical network structure such as regular lattice, small-world network and BA scale-free network is studied. Though applying a variety of strategy update rules, the simulation experiments explore the effects of the three classic structured network for TDG. The simulation results show that the network model has no effect on the Traveler’s Dilemma Game and the regular lattice is more beneficial to promoting the evolution of cooperation than BA scale-free network.(3) The evolution of TDG’s cooperation on two coupling network is explored. An individual is not only influenced by its neighbors, but also impacted by the corresponding individual on the other network in the process of strategy update rule. The experimental results show that the interaction of two networks promotes the cooperation and explain that the individual influence can also contribute to promote the cooperation. The investigation of TDG on the structured network is not only beneficial for exploring the cooperative behavior of individuals in real system and increasing the cooperation of structured group.
