After the Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone and Shandong peninsula blue economic zone became the national strategy, the coordinated development of the Blue and Yellow Zones becomes the concerned focus of society. Making the Blue and Yellow Zones strategy complement each other’s advantages, benign interaction and give play to the synergy effect in the regional economic development is a big question for discussion to put the project into effect. Logistics is the basic industry in the development of the national economy. As the new growth point of the national economy, logistics makes effects on the supply chain system and the comprehensive competitive power of the regional economy through pulling and activating the regional economy. Thus, the coordinated development of the Blue and Yellow Zones needs the effective support of the logistics. But at this stage, the logistics development of cities in Blue and Yellow Zones are not uniform in strength and Competition in the chaos. So it’s of great significance for the development of Blue and Yellow Zones to study the cities’logistics industry co-competition relation in these zones.Based on the development of cities’ logistics industry in Blue and Yellow Zones, we gave quantitative study on the cities’logistics industry co-competition relation in these zones by SNA. Firstly, we classify the cities in Blue and Yellow Zones into three levels. Then we build the cities’ logistics industry co-competition relation model of the Blue and Yellow Zones by methods of grey relation degree and location quotient. Lastly, we use SNA to analyze the density, centrality degree and betweenness of the cities’logistics industry co-competition relation in the Blue and Yellow Zones and then we give some useful conclusions and suggestions:1. As the first level city, Qingdao has been the main city in the development of the Blue and Yellow Zones’logistics industry. And it cooperates tightly and dependents with other cities. Qingdao has obvious characteristics of "the intermediary" in logistics industry.2. Some cities have higher centrality, and they are in the center of the co-operation relation network. It shows that these cities are easy to form competition relation with other cities. Such as Yantai, it cooperates with other cities in the same level and avoid to be the center of competition with other cities.3. The under-developed cities in the Blue and Yellow Zones usually have higher centrality. It shows that these cities have stronger competition phenomenon in interior and logistics goods. So it is easy for them to compete in homogeneous and inefficient goods.4. There are cities of higher centrality in every level. These cities play the recipient role in the same level. The main innovative points of this paper are as follows:1. This paper systematically studied the cities’ logistics industry co-competition relation in Blue and Yellow Zones which has been the national strategy. There is rarely study on this issue. The studies mentioned are always qualitative description, like the studies on the building of the Blue and Yellow Zones’ logistics center, the construction of logistics infrastructure, the logistics system, the logistics nodes’ overall arrangement and the logistics industry’s innovation.2. This paper is mainly for quantitative analysis on the study method. And we use SNA to analyze the density, centrality degree and betweenness of the cities’ logistics industry co-competition relation in the Blue and Yellow Zones and then we give some useful conclusions and suggestions.
