In the new historical period, how to save and use unique local culture to create urban culture brand, enhance national cohesion, strengthening national unity, which helps to balance civil disputes, maintaining community order and promote a harmonious socialist society, and become Liuzhou city construction an important issue faced.This paper aims to public management theory and historical documents related to the research, through the theoretical and the actual status of Liuzhou sustainable development theory, urban ecological theory combined with theoretical guidance for the actual construction of Liuzhou city culture, make some cultural construction on urban recommendations.
