Study On Construction Management Optimization Of Characteristic Towns In Suzhou

With the rapid development of urbanization,characteristic towns as a new concept and anew mode,.combine industry with urban construction organically.They integrate characteristic industries,history and humanities,ecological environment and life style into urban development,and solve the problems of small space,few resources and single form of urban management.As a town complex,characteristic towns are an important platform for high-end industries,new industries and talents to gather.Under the new normal conditions,they are an important platform for optimizing industrial structure and promoting structural reform on the supply side.Suzhou is an economically developed city with a profound cultural background and a leading urbanization level in the country.It is an inevitable choice to take the road of characteristic town development.This paper studies the construction situation of characteristic towns in Suzhou,achieves results,analyzes the problems and causes in their construction,puts forward specific optimization plans on how to solve the problems,and provides some suggestions on how to build characteristic towns,further optimize management and improve the construction level in the future.This paper mainly uses literature analysis,field research,questionnaire survey and interview methods,through the questionnaire survey of Suzhou citizens,combined with the Yearbook of statistics and interviews,to find out the problems existing in the construction of Suzhou characteristic towns.Specifically,it includes five aspects: the target of development is not clear enough,the mining of characteristics is not deep enough,the development elements are not in place,the management system is not perfect,and the brand influence is not prominent enough.Then analyze the causes of the problem,including the lack of government policy clarity,lack of guidance,the lack of communication and exchange mechanism,lack of construction and management experience of individual grassroots leaders,government risk prevention and control capacity is insufficient.Based on the advanced experience at home and abroad and according to the SWOT analysis method,this paper puts forward three specific optimization schemes on how to solve the existing problems,namely,to maintain the current situation of construction management,to further optimize policy supply,to imitate the construction management mode of Zhejiang Province,to make full use of its own characteristic industries and cultural advantages,and to seek for solutions.After demonstrating the feasibility of the three schemes,we come to the conclusion that the third scheme is to make full use of the advantages of its own characteristic industries and culture,and to seek the dislocation development more in line with the development requirements of Suzhou characteristic towns.Finally,the paper puts forward constructive suggestions on the construction and management of Suzhou characteristic towns from four aspects: vigorously tapping characteristic industries,establishing Suzhou characteristic cultural brand,practically increasing government service,and further improving the talent policy mechanism.
