Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Purple Sweet Potato Industry In Liancheng County

Liancheng is a traditional sweet potato industry area in Fujian province, the prosperity of which relies on the development of sweet potato, especially purple sweet potato regarded as characteristic industry. Therefore, in this article the author firstly analyzed the current situation of purple sweet potato production in Liancheng by investigation, visit, searching references, and discussed the mainly influence factors of restricting industrialization development of purple sweet potato in Liancheng, which were unknown as planting problems such as sweet potato original sources and planting single variety, lack of high quality seedlings and yield cultivation techniques, harvest focus, processing problems such as unreasonable planting structure, price volatility relatively backward, lack of special varieties, processing technology, low resource utilization, short processing cycle; sale problems such as marketing channel mode, quality of sales force, product information, enterprise management. Secondly, the advantage of industrialization development of purple sweet potato in Liancheng were analyzed in detail from different angles, such as natural conditions, industrial advantages and support from the government and so on. Finally, in this paper, the author proposed the basic thoughts and main countermeasures for promoting the industrialization of purple sweet potato in Liancheng:Firstly Changing the construction of purple sweet potato industry cand striving for the government support; Encouraging enterprises to intervene; Increasing investment in scientific research and technology. Secondly coming up with the countermeasures of purple sweet potato industry in Liancheng: Improving breeding research capability and production base construction; Establishing and improving high yield cultivation technology systematically; Paying attention to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and establishing the science and technology service system; Promoting the purple sweet potato of processing technology; Utilizing modern philosophy to develop the purple sweet potato industry.
