Requirements for the support system of agricultural technology talents of the modern agricultural development in Fujian province are increasing constantly. The shortages of agricultural technology talent supply, the structural shortage, the shortage of every requirement have restricted the development of modern agriculture. In order to develop the modern agriculture and to promote the development of agricultural technology talents, it is necessary to improve the supporting system of agricultural technology talentsIn this study, the agricultural technology talents support system is the core research content, it based on the study and analysis of literature with the help of the theory at home and abroad. The research focus is the special region Fujian Province and the research object is the special group of agricultural technology talents in Fujian Province. The status quo and problems of the development of modern agricultural technology talents support system agriculture in Fujian province are analyzed in this study. The use of SPSS software predicts the demand and supply of agricultural technology talents. In order to know better of the present situation of modern agriculture and agricultural talents in Fujian Province, I dole out some questionnaires. With the help of SWOT, I conduct a comprehensive analysis of the agricultural technology talents support system, so as to put forward the construction of agricultural technology talents support system, that adapt to the development of modern agriculture in Fujian Province. The countermeasures and suggestions in this study provide a reference for the research of agricultural technology support system. Agricultural scientific and technological talents are the keys to the development of modern agriculture. In this paper, through the study of support system of agricultural science and technology talents in Fujian Province, it puts forward suggestions and opinions for the development of support system of agricultural technology talents.
