Study On Underdeveloped Areas Of Technology Support Of Modern Agricultural Development

In recent years, With the development of economic of China, especially the rapid development of the coastal areas of Zhejiang, Farmers' living standard has improved significantly. But the pace of growing is not balanced; there is a big gap between urban and rural areas, different regions and populations. The residents' income gap, particularly the farmers showed a complex and diverse characteristics. The eighteenth National Congress of the CPC indicated that, we should adjust the distribution of national income, and take efforts to solve the larger problem of the gap in income distribution, so that the fruits of development more equitably benefit all people, and the national will advance steadily towards common prosperity. More scholars who research the status and gaps of income of farmers concentrated in between eastern and western China or different provinces. In recent years, some people studied the differences of the income of rural residents in the province. However the study of the difference of farmers’income in current situation in a city needs to be noticed. Economic growth in underdeveloped areas was slower than other area. The entire urban economic development is serious lack of coordination.This paper will take Suining County as example, based on the theory of science in modern agriculture and technology in order to support the development of modern agriculture anchored, mainly from four aspects to carry out research.(1) Based on underdeveloped areas, to Suining County of Shaoyang concrete examples of analysis of the current scientific and technological innovation to support agricultural development, and to identify the existing problems;(2) Investigation and analysis and summarize current scientific and technological innovation to support the development of modern agriculture cause of the problem encountered in the process;(3)In Suining County to underdeveloped areas of agricultural science and technology innovation to support the development of models and performance (effectiveness) to elaborate; (4) Combined with its own characteristics underdeveloped areas, and explore scientific and technological innovation to support modern agricultural development model, to seek agricultural science and technology and the coordinated development of modern agriculture, a win-win situation.Innovation of this paper is that the development of modern agriculture in the relevant theories, based on the analysis of scientific and technological support underdeveloped areas of modern agriculture development status, problems and cause analysis, and take Suining County as example, fully articulated Technology underdeveloped areas support the development of modern agriculture model and benefit analysis, in order to promote the regionalization of modern agricultural development, science and technology, specialization.
