Let the customer obtain the needed cost-effective repairing parts timely and accurately is the core of this thesis to study. Internationalization is the main road to China construction companies. Such as Liugong, XCMG, Shantui, Sany, Zoomlion, Sinomach are share the international market more and more in these years. The supply of the parts is unsatisfied from the customers because they are all over the world, the sales net cannot cover so big area here and there. And customers from different area have different habits of operating and repairing. So, even the same machine will supply different parts in different area. Supply ability is the bottle neck of parts for construction machinery of China. The parts supply cannot meet the demand of customers without optimized process of parts supply. Chinese brand company cannot compete with the west brand from the parts supply ability in the market.This paper study the Quality control, Cost control, Delivery time and Service improvement these four elements (named QCDS in following). Study and learn experience from the foreign brand, design the new supply chain for shorten lead time, lower cost, stable quality, in time service and testing them.First, this paper analyses the question exist in current situation by model QBQ (Questions Back Questions). List the questions in each point of the supply chain. Study finds the reason what make the supply chain in complex, bloated, disorder by study the organization structure, work flow, segregation of duties, communication and Logistics, information flow, document flow and so on. Second, this paper studies and compares the regulation and principal of Komatsu, JCB, Volvo and other company to clear the function and responsibility of each point. This study combines the business factors, information dealing, operating, point of the whole workflow, fast reaction according to the QCDS to reorganize the work flow and supply chain. At last, the study breaks down the chains into elements and then reconfiguration. This paper design a optimize supply chain for parts to satisfy QCDS. This study designs a corresponding organization structure also.After get the optimized supply chain of parts business, this paper tests them by OEM business according to realized business. The study test and analysis the supply chain by the theory of Lean 6-Sigma.And compare with the two supply chains by in different factors. To ensure the quality for parts, we added 6 point checking for parts. The lead time shortened 30days after optimized. The new process adds parts consultation position in new organization. At last, the optimized supply process is confirmed as the perfect supply chain for QCDS tested by Volvo business. The study is positive significance for parts supply in after market.
