Research On Evaluation Of Enterprises’ Cooperative Innovation Performance Based On Entropy

China today, "transformation" and "innovation" is the theme of the times. As the main innovation, only relying on innovation-driven, can enterprise be healthy, stable and sustained development. Collaborative innovation, development of the times, should be timely. This year is the first year of the reform, enterprises should pay more attention to collaborative innovation in the process of transformation and development, collaboration promotes development, innovation is endless.Based on the collaborative innovation at home and abroad, enterprise collaborative innovation performance was reviewed and studied on the use of entropy theory. Firstly, I access to a large number of documents and visit the experts and scholars of the relevant aspects of collaborative innovation, combining with enterprise own situation, from a more comprehensive perspective, to determine the main factors influencing enterprise collaboration innovation performance and analysis them. Secondly, based on the main factors influencing enterprise collaborative innovation performance, I design the enterprise collaborative innovation performance evaluation indicators system, including qualitative and quantitative indicators. Thirdly, I build the enterprise collaboration innovation performance evaluation model, namely, I make use of survey methods to quantify the qualitative indicators, and make use of the method of depth interview and access to the database to have quantitative indicators raw data, and to obtain the data by standardization process and calculation; I use the expert assignment method to calculate the index weight; based on entropy formula, I calculate the entropy of the evaluation; I get the total entropy of collaborative innovation system by making use of the same method. Finally, I have an empirical analysis on the enterprise collaborative innovation performance evaluation model.This article selects the Z Corporation as the research object, using enterprise collaborative innovation performance evaluation methods, to calculate the entropy of the indicators and system total entropy. The results show that the order degree of enterprise collaborative innovation systems is relatively high, so the internal and external subsystem is. However, the subsystem, including enterprise innovation investment, innovation culture, innovation mechanisms and networking, is relatively chaotic. Therefore, in order to improve the Z Corporation collaborative innovation performance, I put forward to four countermeasures and Suggestions, which is "increasing the collaborative innovation R&D investment, cultivating the innovative corporate culture, improving the cooperative innovation mechanism construction and expanding the collaborative innovation network relationship".
