| Over the years, with the speeding up of global integration, there was intense competition between domestic and foreign enterprises, innovation has become an important things for each country and each enterprise, what’s more, the report clearly put forward again at the party’s 18, implement the development strategy of innovation drive, grab the commanding heights of science and technology development strategy, which has become the important strategic orientation of the transformation of the mode of China’s economic development in the new times. Cooperative innovation as a technological innovation mode, it has been helped the global enterprise obtained the unprecedented development in the early 1980s, and it not only help enterprises to save costs, reduce the risk of research and development advantages, but it also help enterprises obtain capital, technology, talent, information and other resources effectively, which can improve the success rate of innovation of enterprises. Besides, China’s economy has entered into the phase of the new normal, we should pursue economic quality other than quantity, cooperation and innovation provides a good development model for enterprise’ sustainable development and the transformation and upgrading.First, this paper defined the concept of cooperative innovation, and then from three aspects of cost and risk, knowledge and technology, information to analyze the impact of cooperative innovation on enterprise innovation performance, and with 109 micro enterprises as the research object, to statistics and description the cooperation and innovation performance from different industries, different regions, different enterprise scale and enterprise’s different R&D intensity four aspects, finally, further empirical investigation under the different modes of cooperative innovation will be discussed. This article mainly from the cooperation with suppliers, cooperate with client company and cooperation with scientific research institutes to discuss three kinds of cooperation relations, and is divided into three scenarios to inspection, that is, when there is a partnership enterprise, two kinds of cooperative relations, and three kinds of cooperative relations, how the enterprises innovation performance will change, it helps enterprise to choose the appropriate cooperative innovation relationship in the process of cooperation innovation, which plays an important role to improve the innovation performance of enterprises. This paper draws the following conclusions:On behalf of enterprises cooperation innovation level of cooperation cost and enterprise innovation performance is U type, namely the cooperation cost input in the initial stage of enterprise innovation performance did not play a role, it will reduce, but when the pay for the cooperation to a certain stage, its positive role to play out gradually; When there is only one cooperation relation, cooperate with client companies compared with other two kinds of cooperation can bring more higher innovation performance; When there are two kinds of cooperative relations, enterprise cooperates with client company and scientific research institutes at the same time, which improves enterprise’s overall innovation performance effect, and innovation performance effect is the largest, and enterprise cooperation with suppliers and client company at the same time, which plays a good role in promoting enterprise’s new product, and enterprise cooperation with research institutes and suppliers at the same time, which plays a good role in promoting enterprise’s new process; When there are three kinds of cooperative relations, its innovation performance of enterprise promoting effect is significant, and were higher than when there is only one and two types of partnership enterprises innovation performance. |
