Due to the differences between the two national cultures, the Multi-national Corporation has difference opinions when making decisions. Cross culture management communication becomes an important problem of corporation’s human resources and culture management.Dalian Branch of Company F whose headquarter is at Milan, is the one of the top precision forging manufacturers. To expand company’s business, in 2006 Company F established China Dalian branch. Due to the differences of ideologies and cultures between China and Italy, Dalian Branch of Company F appears a serious of divergences during the management process. How to overcome the cross-culture’s communication obstacles is the success key of Dalian Branch of Company F, also directly affect the future company developmentThis paper takes Italy Dalian Branch of Company F as the research object, cross-culture communication as the research subject, using the case study method, through the field survey of Dalian Branch of Company F, taking four typical cross-culture communications cases as the breakthrough point, analysis the cross-culture communication issues of Dalian Branch of Company F. Combined with Samovar communication method and Hofstede five-dimensional culture model, starting from the Italian-Chinese culture differences, communication objects and channels, analyzing the cross-culture communication problems existing in Dalian Branch of Company F, and address the solution of the integration of Chinese and Western culture, structure all-sided modes of communication and create a harmonious communication atmosphere. This paper could help Dalian Branch of Company F to enhance cross-culture communication level, and provide the references to make the cross-culture communication management of Dalian Branch of Company F.
