For this thesis, we try to study how to optimized the marketing strategy base on the idea of "Big Data" by the case of "The Research of Marketing Optimize Tactics of S&A Co-mpany". Further, we try to study how to achieve "Differentiation Marketing Strategy", and to create the greatest benefits for the enterprise in finally.This thesis is using the Principles of The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyzed and to divided into parts about the optimized of marketing strategy of S&A base on the idea of "Big Data". Combine "Big Data" and "Data Mining" and "Data Marketing", Th- is thesis described the purpose and the method and the result of "The Research of Mark- eting Optimize Tactics of S&A Company". And try to verified the result by really data. At the same time, for the factors to affect the rust of optimization process, we listed the suggestion. Finally, we outlook the marketing strategy of the same companies similar S- & A base on big data.In the end, The authors get the some conclusions by the analysis and argumentation for the optimization of marketing strategy of S&A. It is the optimization of marketing stra- tegy base on "Big Data" will achieve differentiation marketing strategy and improve m- arketing efficiency and reduce the human and material resources and improve the comp- etitiveness for the similar small companies. By the way the Big Data is the foundation f- or future business operations. It is important direction to improve the ability to develop big data, not only to optimize the marketing strategy.
