| Entire-village Advancement, is a kind of poverty reduction patterns that have been summed up to meet the basic conditions of China at this stage after long-term practical explorations. It has become a significant measure to promote the economic development of poor areas as well as a major initiative to implement the guidelines of the Party Central Committee to relief poverty to village households. In the process of implementing Poverty Reduction Pattern Based on Entire-village Advancement, although Chaoyang County has created and accumulated valuable work experience, there are still some problems existing in the development of entire-village poverty reduction, remaining to be solved in future work.This paper explores the problems that appear in the process of implementing the Poverty Reduction Pattern Based on Entire-village Advancement by way of literature research method, the on-spot investigation method and comprehensive analysis method to find the causes leading to poverty in the countryside of Chaoyang County. And then it optimizes the original patterns from the perspective of the poverty reduction measure based on entire-village advancement and at the same time puts forward some suggestions on solving the problems existing in the Poverty Reduction Pattern Based on Entire-village Advancement of Chaoyang County.Based on the author’s three years’experience in basic level government and her visit and investigation to the poor villages, this paper deeply analyzes the problems that the poor villages may have in the process of implementing the Poverty Reduction Pattern Based on Entire-village Advancement, and the reasons influencing the poverty reduction effects. Through the analysis of the typical cases at home and abroad, this paper tries to explore the plans of Poverty Reduction Pattern Based on Entire-village Advancement that suit this region’s poverty characteristics, comes up with some suggestions, and provides a reference to solving the poverty problems in Chaoyang. |
