Development Countermeasures Of National Modern Agricultural Demonstration Zone In Panshan County Of Liaoning Province

The national modern agricultural demonstration zone is the newest form of modern agricultural park and an important carrier of modern agricultural construction in China. Through the analysis of questions existing in the national modern agricultural demonstration zone of Panshan County, the experience of developing modern agricultural parks in China and foreign countries is taken as a reference. Thus, the schemes of developing the demonstration zone are put forward, and suggestions that are suitable for the development of modern agricultural park are summarized. It is hoped that through the research in this paper, certain reference can be provided to the construction of the national modern agricultural demonstration zones in Panshan County and even China.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction. In this part, the background of topic selection, the research significance, the review of domestic and overseas literatures, as well as the content, methods and technical routes of the research are briefly introduced. In the second part, the general situation of the national modem agricultural demonstration zone in Panshan County is introduced from several perspectives, such as the basic situation, the general agricultural development and the advantages in development. Furthermore, based on the comprehensive analysis of the demonstration zone, the questions and causes of these questions underlying in the demonstration zone are summarized. In the third part, three development patterns of overseas modern agricultural parks, which are family farm, facility agricultural park and ecological agricultural park, and two successful development patterns of domestic modern agricultural parks, which are Shanghai Sunqiao modern agricultural park and Yangling agricultural high-tech industrial demonstration zone are comprehensively analyzed. The experience of developing modern agricultural parks at home and abroad is taken as a reference. Thus, the schemes and feasibility analysis of the development of the national modern agricultural demonstration zone in Panshan County are achieved. In the fourth part, suggestions are put forward for the development of the national modern agricultural demonstration zone in Panshan County. They are scientifically planning and developing the industrial system, reinforcing the support of scientific and technological talents, increasing the investment in infrastructure in the zone and innovating the mechanism of developing modern agricultural parks. Furthermore, a conclusion is also reached.
