Research On Optimization Solutions For NAC Group Annual Management By Objective

The automotive industry with its long industrial chain, high degree of association, a wide range of employment, consumer demand varieties, playing an important role in the national economic and social development, is an important symbol of national and regional industrial level and economic level and has become a pillar industry of the national economy As a state-owned automobile manufacturing enterprise, Nanjing Automobile Group Corporation ltd. (hereinafter is called as NAC) has a history of nearly seventy years and now is in the way of fully implements for national independent innovation strategy, taking the promotion of Chinese self-development automobile industry as its own duty, devoting all efforts to speed up the independent brand construction, and striving for better and faster development of the enterprise. To figure out the annual work targets with a clear objective, reasonable structure, clarified indicators, to create self-motivated action, focus on the full participation, strengthen the rigid implementation of the annual management by objective (hereinafter refers to "MBO"), promote the continuous improvement, motivate employees a sense of accomplishment, propulsion system, is a vital starting point to break through difficulties and improve management performance of the year.Firstly, this thesis analyzes and researches the problems in operation of NAC’s annual objective management, such as weak guidance, unreasonable structure, inadequate resource allocation, poor execution,the lack of mechanisms for renewal, insufficient basis of performance assessment the inadequate implementation of digital, information methods to analysis and research and so on, by utilizing the goal-setting theory and the business process reengineering theory etc. Secondly, combined with the industry enterprise management practices and experiences, all aspects of NAC’s annual MBO have achieved improvement, mainly including:sorts and constructs the core framework of annual MBO, that is:operation, products, safety, quality, efficiency, teamwork etc.6 key scopes; builds measurable index system and evaluation standards, adjust organizational structures, reset managerial procedures and develop IT system for annual MBO etc.; from the leading group, the optimal allocation of human resources, continuous improvement and other aspects of the implementation of security measures, NAC has formed a set of suitable optimization solutions to improve the annual MBO mode.On the base of above-mentioned integrated solutions, the thesis focuses on the use of standardized, visual, digital and PDCA etc. managerial method to ensure the plan to be well implemented from the research, promotion, evaluation and self -continuous-improvement.From the top-level design and actual operation level, to establish annual MBO solutions with a set of strengthened objective-guiding system, a more scientific organization, more reasonable index standards, more efficient operation, an adequate application of key indicator performance process, a completed and perfected system to promote the continuous improvement of the organization, will promote KPI system’s efficiency and support high efficiency decision-making, which will accordingly improve the competiveness of NAC to a higher level by enhancing managerial quality and operational power.As the accomplishment of this study, the optimization solutions of NAC’s annual MBO, is designed to achieve the formality, standardization and refinement of the management, and on this basis it creates efficient operation mechanism to delivery necessary management theories and practical operating methods to the company’s long-term and healthy development.
