Production plan makes overall arrangement and define the quantity, model,process rate of the products during a period as a important link of enterprise production management, which is the guide of production activities and a significant link that will affects enterprise economic profits. This article makes an intensive study of S company's production plan feature and open questions,which is based on the production situation research of a large automobile manufacturing enterprise name S. The production plan problems of S company are as followed:unsmooth information communication problem among company's internal departments,same problem between the company and its suppliers;inaccurate marketing forecast of the products causes inaccurate production plan and frequent variable plan; it lacks analysis of existing resources in the process of making production plan so that the resource contention and uncertain factors will effect the stability of production. Inferior compatibility between production plan and scheduling of resources;it doesn't make scientific prediction of uncertain factors when they make the production planIn order to solve above problems, the enterprise must strengthen its flexibility and agility of the production plan to deal with uncertain factors. We realize that production plan optimization of the automobile enterprise is a fuzzy mathematics and multi-objective optimization issue after careful analysis.The constraint condition and objective function of the commonly used conventional linear programming are definitive. However,for some practical problems,the constraint condition is flexible and the objective function is not definitive, it has to use fuzzy sets to deal with this problem.Fuzzy Integer Programming is that according to the practical situation of the enterprise we make the constraint condition and objective function fuzzy and lead into membership function to export a new integer programming issue which optimum relation is known as fuzzy optimal solution of original problem, which achieves optimization of production planning. This article raises production planning model based on multi-objective fuzzy integer programming and proposes the feasibility plan to improve current production plan of S company according to the features of the automobile enterprise and the practical situation of changeable factors in the actual production process, which has far-reaching significance to improve market competitiveness. It introduces balanced scorecard,etc and builds evaluation system for production planning. It also choose the most suitable production planning evaluation model for S company through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of analytic hierarchy process AHP, Principal Component Analysis,DEA method, Comprehensive evaluation method.The most suitable model will evaluate the implementation of the production plan,then find the problems and further improve the production plan.
