Nowadays many domestic and foreign companies have taken training as a method to enhance the core competitiveness of the company. Training makes a positive role in the development and the transformation of the company and also can be used to push the long term strategy target. Normally, a company will find a lot of problems take place during the progress of development and transformation:the people change of the management level, the unstable situation of the staff, and the block of the development. Besides, if the company haven’t put the training in a high level and just pay attention of the training progress instead of the result, the management level doesn’t communicate well with the training development, all these problem will make the training an empty talk.This essay combine the study of company problems during the development and the study of management training and also the study and analysis of management training result in Grohe. With the guide of Kirkpatrick Model, I made the interview with Grohe management staff and by analysis the result of the interview I find the reason of useless training of the management training in Grohe:the structure of training system is not reasonable, training is not delivered according to the plan, training needs analysis is not detailed, training delivery is not organized well, training result is not linked with the staff performance. All these reasons make the training an empty talk and the management level do not recognized the training result. According to this situation, I made a deep analysis of the training result and the problems of Grohe and find out the ways to solve the problems to improve the training result.This essay include a deep analysis of current training situation of Grohe, and the solution to improve the training result. This can be a reference to those foreign companies during the development and the transformation. It can be used as a study of research to improve the current situation.
