Research On Resources Integration Of Sci-tech Innovation Platforms Of Fujian

Sci-tech innovation platform is a system composed of a series of scientific and technological innovation resources. By integrating and sharing innovation resources, sci-tech innovation platforms can provide a continuous and strong support for innovation. The construction of sci-tech innovation platforms is an important part of national and regional innovation system, and an essential way of enhancing the ability of independent innovation. Since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, a large number of sci-tech innovation platforms of different levels and types have been constructed by national and local governments. However, a lot of problems emerged with the construction of sci-tech innovation platforms, in which being lack of system and cooperation is the most important problem.In this background, this paper researches on the resources integration of sci-tech innovation platforms in Fujian, aiming at grasping the status of the construction of sci-tech innovation platforms in Fujian, revealing the problems, and putting forward the suggestions of promoting resources integration of sci-tech innovation platforms by using the theories of management and integration management. And then the capability of regional scientific and technological innovation can finally be promoted.The paper mainly includes four parts:The first part describes the related theories of sci-tech innovation platform and innovative resources integration, to provide a theoretical basis for further study. The second part analyzes the domestic and foreign experiences of construction of sci-tech innovation platforms. The third part analyzes the status of construction of sci-tech innovation platforms in Fujian, including the status of Fujian’s science and technology development, the status of building sci-tech innovation platforms, and the problems. Then the fourth part puts forward the countermeasures. First, the pattern of resources integration of sci-tech innovation platforms is constructed, including virtual team of research platforms, service platforms networks, interaction between research platforms and service platforms, and the management organization. Finally, the suggestions of promoting resources integration of sci-tech innovation platforms are put forward.This research will help to change the dispersal of sci-tech innovation platforms in Fujian, eliminate the innovation "island", and promote the rational allocation and efficient use of innovation resources, so that Fujian’s capability of scientific and technological innovation can be promoted.
