Knowledge returnees as the main force to improve the global competitive of our country, attracting much more attention of scholars and business managers, but the most important issue to returnees is adjustment, improving returnees work well-being can effectively help returnees meet the difficulties of reverse culture shock. Psychological contract is an implicit and invisible emotional relationship concluded between companies and employees, employee psychological capital is shown as a positive attitude. Some studies have shown that knowledge workers’psychological contract has a positive impact on work well-being. Developing positive psychological capital can effectively enhance staff work well-being. If Business can establish psychological contract with returnees knowledge workers and help them develop psychological capital, it will enhance their work well-being and also help them adapt new work quickly. Female knowledge returnees workers as a special class of returnees knowledge workers.To help them enhance work well-being not only can help them in flexible management, but also help them play a good supporter in the family.Based on the 136 knowledge returnees and 68 native female knowledge returnees’sample data and the moderate role of psychological capital, gender, age, native knowledge female worker, we study the relationship with psychological contract and work well-being. Our conclusions are as follows:First, female knowledge returnees’transactional psychological contract is significantly positive correlated with each dimension of psychological capital; Second, female knowledge returnees’relational psychological contract is significantly positive correlated with dimension hope-resiliency;Third,female Knowledge Returnees’each dimension of psychological capital is significantly positive correlated with work well-being; Forth, Psychological capital plays a moderate role between psychological contract and work well-being; Fifth,Compared with male knowledge returnees, female knowledge returnees’ relational psychological contract is more significantly positive correlated with work well-being. Sixth, compared with middle-aged female knowledge returnees, young female knowledge returnees’transactional psychological contract is more significantly positive correlated with work well-being; Seventh,Compared with native female knowledge returnees, female knowledge returnees’transactional psychological contract is more significantly positive correlated with work well-being. |
