At present, the world economy has entered a period rapid globalization, the logistics industry as a new industry in china, in order to get rapid and steady development in competitive is bound to got attention more fully, particularly with regard to performance management.Performance management is said to be the core of modern human resources management, but also an important means of achieving the strategic goals through performance management, you can promote corporate brand the competitiveness of enterprises.Xin Da Logistics Company is a small, privately-run enterprises, developing third party logistics business. Logistics is the main direction of the company. At present, the company gradually expanded, the number of employees is growing, companies in the area of human resources management have become increasingly demanding, making higher demands on performance management. Therefore, developing on the size and direction of the development was developed in line with the company’s management needs to the business direction of the company, meeting the needs of employees performance management system is an important and urgent task. This paper reviews the theory on performance management, introduced the performance management system elements, explains the value explains the value of performance management, make the process of writing this article has some theoretical underpinning. This paper surveys the new status of logistics performance management, and analysis of the forming causes of the current situation, uncover their problems, focusing on the issues, combined with the new logistics company’s strategic redefinition of employee performance management system, achieved through reasonable performance management system to better motivate staff work behaviors, improve the company’s performance objectives.
