With the rapid development of the productivity,enterprises are confronted with increasingly fierce competition. In order to sharpen the competitive edge, the suppliers are requested to provide small quantity of freights with comparatively high-frequency deliveries and high-quality services. On this occasion, the third-party logistics enterprises play important roles, greatly reducing the logistics cost, which from another perspective, amounts to increasing the enterprise profit. In the meanwhile, a decisive position is been occupied by the freight loading during the logistics distribution and the freight loading has been studied generally by the academia.The purpose of this study is how to realize the optimal comprehensive utilization ratio of the vehicles on the premise of meeting the customers’requirements on the freight-delivery time,which is based on the implementation of the vendor management inventory operation mode by the third-party logistics.Research work in this paper is mainly carried out from the following aspects:Firstly,The theoretical knowledge related to the freight loading is focused on in this paper, and the freight loading on the basis of studying these three objectives including the time stowage rate, the volume stowage rate and the weight stowage rate with the time limitation required by the customers has been deeply studied as the constraint condition. Sencondly, The genetic algorithm has been applied to solving the freight loading problem of multi-model and multi-freight with time-window constraints.In order to take the freight placement order, direction and layer into the consideration of the encoding process, the GATBX genetic algorithm toolbox in the Matlab Software has been applied to design and realize the algorithmic procedures, and then relevant case data has been plugged into the model and algorithm for verification.Finally, The existing problems after using the Flexsim Software to simulate the current situation of specific freight loading have been explained,and the results gained upon the application of the optimized model have been displayed intuitively through the 3d Max.The comparative analysis between the result and the current situation after adopting the optimized model have been carried out, and the effectiveness and availability of the model also have been proved.In this paper,the mathematical model of multi-model and multi-freight has been established,which improves the logistics of PS4 product assembly workshop warehouse in Foxconn.On the other hand,the certain referencein has been given for the third party logistics enterprise, and the positive significance have been provided for the third party logistics enterprises’cost savings and the improvement of service qualitye.
