Running a company in current economic situation and the competitive marketing is not easy, the entrepreneur are looking for the better way to running a enterprise. With the development of the age and the progress of the society, more and more enterprise start to pay attention to the enterprise cultural construction, enterprise culture already become the important factor and driving force for enterprise development, also the enterprise culture promote the enterprise development gradually highlights, it evokes people to pay attention and think the enterprise deep soft power. In Suzhou, a company called Good-ark electronics Co. Ltd., through Chinese excellent traditional culture to find out the culture gene to demonstrate company core value, use the basic root culture of Chinese excellent traditional culture like "dizigui" "Liao Fan’s four lessons" etc. to construct company cultural system, running happy enterprise, raise running the company as "home" to care and manage, treat all employees as "folks". Good-ark thinks the core value of the company lie in the happiness of the employees and appreciation from the customers, these are the corporation values. The eight modules to form the unique happiness enterprises, in the process of specific promotion and implementation, by guiding employees behavior consistent with the core concept of enterprise, it becomes the enterprise and employees’ psychological bond, form the harmonious labor relations, and promote enterprise development.Chinese traditional culture is the crystallization of the wisdom of the ancient sages of China for thousands of years experience, the core point is the moral education. In the current, lack of culture, materialistic environment, many people mistakenly believe that moral is to restrict people’s behavior rules, actually, the life with moral guiding is the real normal and happy life. This paper will study Suzhou Good-ark electronics running happy enterprise, through site survey, interview and questionnaire etc. method to analyze, summarize the successful, valuable experience of Chinese traditional culture managing the enterprise. Demonstrate another enterprise management wisdom. The enterprise should exist not only for creating economic benefit this sole goal but for social harmony and employee happiness. Based on above, provide a reference model for traditional enterprise transforming to happy enterprise, expect this happy enterprise can be copied more and more.
