Therefore, the talent competition is the core of the enterprises competition. Nowadays, many enterprises meet many questions. For example, the low personnel quality, the lack of professionals, the old and new talent fault, the other human resource management problems. If these problems are not solved in time, enterprises will bring serious consequences. Through the scientific performance management, it can be more effective to solve these problems. Performance management can not only make the value of employee self-reflected, and it’s more important is to find talent, talent training, talent development. An enterprise no matter what size it is, in order to develop and grow, become the outstanding enterprise sustainable development, must think about these problems. We must establish an effective performance management scheme, in terms of management thought, mode, means to have big breakthrough and reform.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of this research, research content, method and the expected goal, research at home and abroad, the related theoretical basis. On this basis, this paper puts forward with the current situation of performance management in Tongsen, including the analysis of Tongsen, the age structure of employees, education and professional situation, skills levels. Then, this paper identifies some of the key issues with Tongsen existing in the employee performance management process. Finally, according to the analysis of the present situation and problems of employees with Tongsen, this paper targets to solve the problem of performance management, and use scientific method to establish, improve and optimize the performance management system in Tongsen. |
