With economic prosperity and the high speed of industrialization and urbanization, the need of automobile is increasing day and night. The total of automobile in the society is becoming huger. The rapid growth of automobile sales led to more demands for auto parts. The requirement for high service-level of auto parts promotes the auto companies to develop a series of highly efficient parts supply program. Accessories replenishment strategy ought to be designed to develop the level of service and control the cost of parts storage effectively, which has important strategic significance for manufactures throughout the supply chain for parts. With the development of information technology, management system stores amounts of business data, which support the development of replenishment strategy.The goal of this paper is to achieve multi-core multi-level auto parts replenish-ment strategy which based on multi-core business collaboration system of auto parts of KM automobile, providing solutions of replenishment strategy for the automobile factory, transit storehouse and service station. The main contents are divided into the following respects:First, Analysis the traditional parts replenishment processes, and probe the de-ficiencies. Multi-core and multi-level replenishment strategy is developed to deal the deficiencies. Then, the paper analysis the process of Multi-core and multi-level replenishment and gives the functional and non-functional requirem-ents for the system.Second, according to the analysis of needs, the Paper gives the design of multi-core and multi-level replenishment of the system and designs the main function of modules. Then, paper gives the method of analysis and calculate the quasi stock of auto parts by analysis the business of parts, find out the operate point where the count of parts is changing. Then, the method of calculating the data of multi-core and multi-level replenishment strategy is given. Finally, the method Data integrity detection is designed on data exchange process.Third, About Forecast for the replenishment program, the paper analysis several data forecast models based on time series first, and then delves into the parts replenishment prediction scheme based on the life cycle of automobile models, give the different prediction of replenishments for different lifecycle models. Finally, the result of forecast is processed by the adjustment program which is based on the rate of demand.Fourth, the internal subsystem of replenishment is developed by using C/S architecture, as well as the trigger program of replenishment calculation. The replenishment subsystem of platform is developed based on multi-core business collaboration system of auto parts of KM automobile. Then, Multi-core and multi-level replenishment and multi-core business collaboration system of auto parts of KM automobile are integrated to form a complete parts inventory replen-shment process, in order to verify the feasibility of the design.
