More and more enterprises begin to implement the management model with thedevelopment of social specification of production, they outsource non-core businessto professional manufactures outside, while focus on raising their core competenceonly. The whole production process would be completed by raw material, spare partssuppliers and enterprises together, the supplier product quality and delivery capacit ywould bring the significant effect on the final quality and service. Traditional ways offocus on the internal resources optimization can not meet the requirements of supplychain implementation, the management function can no longer limit to the enterpriseinternal only, and should be extended to entire supply chain, build up qualit ymanagement system based on supply chain environment.The following phenomenon occurred in Bocheng company has caused bigside-effect to the company, such as unprofessional supplier classified managementand evaluation system, supplier was not involved in new product design anddevelopment, urgent need for improvement of supplier quality control and dynamicmanagement, etc.The essay suggested the classified management of suppliers,optimization of supplier selection evaluation, new product design involvement anddevelopment, supplier performance comprehensive evaluation and strengthen thesmall batch production supplier quality control, scientific management on incominginspection plan in batch production process to prefect supplier performancecomprehensive evaluation and dynamic management, the essay contributes itsimplementation measures based on the analysis of organization, personnel, finance,system regime and expected effect finally. The effective implementation of thescheme can benefit to the scientific and standardization of Bocheng company supplierquality management, preferred supplier obtaining, improve supplier product quality.I would believe the discussed issues will be benefit for optimizing Bochengsupplier quality management system, improving product quality and deliverycapability, will also be benefit for Bocheng quality improvement, consolidate thecompetitive advantage of supply chain, which would bring significant reference fordomestic manufacturing enterprises as well.
