| The selection of investment and financing’s model is the research about how to select the appropriate method to the built of infrastructure construction which is at the base of the industrial park’s infrastructure construction.According to the current situation of China and the development of industrial park,the article analyses the theory about the investment and financing model of infrastructure construction and then study the ways to select the appropriate methods to contribute to the investment and financing of the infrastructure construction.,which could provide probable path to the infrastructure construction in industrial park of our country.Through the reaearch and study of the theory related to the industrial clusters and industrial ecology,the article detail described the important function of the infrastructure construction to the development of the industrial park including the industrial clusters and industrial ecology.At the same time,the article expounded the demand of industrial park to the infrastructure construction and varieties of the infrastructure construction in industrial park,which means the category of the industrial park’s infrastructure construction not only contains traditional infrastructure construction in city,but also contains the infrastructure construction which could only be found in industrial park.on the basis of that,through the study of the theory of the distinction project,article explains the classification method according to the standard that is whether the infrastructure construction could be consumed,to industrial park’s infrastructure construction,which establishes the foundation of the selection of investment and financing model of infrastructure construction in industrial park.next, article analyses lots of cases of the methods of industrial park about the infrastructure construction’s investment and financing.Besides that, In the study, referring to a large number of domestic and international infrastructure investment and financing mode selection of the research process summarized in practice, the applicability of the various financing models and specific operating procedures.
