Research On PPP Mode Design Of Investment And Financing Of Infrastructure Construction In Industrial Parks

The development of local industries is increasingly showing the trend of parks.The infrastructure construction of the industrial park covers many types of projects,and it has the characteristics of huge investment scale and complex project categories.At the same time,it also needs to consider the problems of operation and maintenance after the completion of infrastructure construction and investment in the park.The issue of investment and financing model for infrastructure construction in industrial parks is a subject worth studying.This paper is devoted to three issues.First,the difficulties faced by investment and financing of infrastructure projects in industrial parks.Second,whether the investment and financing of infrastructure construction in industrial parks can adopt the PPP model.The third is how to adopt the PPP model for investment and financing of infrastructure construction in industrial parks,that is,how to design the process and method of PPP mode in investment and financing of industrial parks.The paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the current investment and financing of infrastructure construction in industrial parks,expounds the necessity and feasibility of introducing PPP mode into the investment and financing of infrastructure construction in industrial parks,and systematically designs the process of PPP mode for investment and financing of industrial park infrastructure construction.The method was verified by the case of a large-scale industrial park development project in a certain district of Guangzhou.The process and method of PPP mode in investment and financing of industrial park infrastructure construction designed in this paper and some research conclusions have important reference significance for investment and financing of infrastructure construction in other industrial parks and other projects of the same type.
