Construction Of Staff Work Behavior Safety Management Model In BG Company

At present, automobile parts enterprises are facing many challenges:raise of raw material price, competition, and intellectual property protection etc. They have to improve daily production and operation management, reduce cost, response quickly to the market, increase new product development efforts, shorten the development cycle, save development costs, to ensure the profitability. A subordinate enterprise of SAIC set up a technology center in 2013 to help improve automobile new product development projects.In this paper, we take the X auto parts enterprise as an example, analyze project development environment, development process and development quality of this enterprise by using the Stage Gate Management Theory, the Business Process Rebuild Theory, the Integrated Product Development Theory and Organizational Structure Theory and refer to the advanced product quality planning manual from the product development organization structure, developing process and other respect. We also discuss the problems in the project management model, re-design the organizational structure of this project management, product development process according to the characteristics of different customers, and design the review process of product development and quality valve control process in details.
