Achieving Problems And Measures On Moderatescale Management Of Rural Land

As a proper scale operation for China ’s rural areas, it has become an irresistible momentum for China ’s economic growth on agriculture and China must have a hard, long journey before We will see the results of agricultural modernization drive and industrialization, so deepening further research on moderate scale operations on land property will give a huge boost to a balanced development of it.The paper I provided defines what a moderate scale operation on land is all about, analyses the big differences between it and agricultural cooperatives while at the same time making out rural area’s proper scale running on land necessary,with our focus on rural area’s land.All these beneficial theories and ideas, We need to make our efforts to reach the goal of agricultural modernization drive and industrialization, make some adjustments on rural area’s industrial structure,and accelerate social divisions in China ’s countryside. We also need to bring our full participation in our own agriculture off to an international level, the building of new countryside featuring socialism, and then the realization of country–based urbanizationIn addition to that, the dissertation also gives a clear emphasis on the status quo of a proper scale operation on China’s rural area’s land.We have launched the following proper land operation ways such as cooperatives among rural areas, family farming,collective operations, co-operation of enterprises and farmers,the joint stock system on land.Having said that, We are exposed to an array of challenges :three principles of the land transfer cannot go on, not being a clear picture of land property and more importantly, farmers’ interests on property can not be protected,a weak function of local government ’roles and behavior activities, a low organized market on land transfer in countryside.The Chinese government must double its efforts to give more support the scale operation land,establish a full land transfer market in rural areas of China, organize its laws and regulations to ensure that proper scale operation land property will become more effective. the authority also must go all out to improve market system for land transfer to make it go well and reform registration system.We must rule out a well deserved social service system on agriculture and accelerate fully developments of rural area’s second,third sectors to achieve the shift from rural people to urban ones.
