Study On Obstacles And Countermeasures Of In China Science And Technology Communication

Science and technology is the first productive force, to promote scientific development, promote social progress, and the dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge of science and technology and the popularization of the relevant factors has important value and significance. With the passage of history, the elements of science and technology’s communication changes accordingly. Especially to the middle and later stage of the information society in the 20 th century, represented by information technology in the high and new technology constantly emerging, industrial society stage of science and technology propagation mode is no longer able to meet the internal needs of the development of society and science and technology.In this paper, combining the dissemination and communication of science and technology model, was found in model technology communication obstacles exist now in the process of the spread of science and technology, and the longitudinal comparison on the development of communication technology, found in the spread of science and technology development, the spread of science and technology constraints, and reveals the obstacles of the development of science and technology communication in our country at present. The elements and environmental of obstacles science and technology’s communication in China, put forward the countermeasures to eliminate technology communication barriers in China. The author thought from two aspects to eliminate obstacles, puts forward countermeasures: one is to perfect our country science and technology transmission system elements construction, including strengthen spread awareness of science and technology, set up the spread of science and technology, enriching the content of science and technology communication, improvement of science and technology communication technologies and broaden the science and technology media. The spread of the second is to perfect our country science and technology environment construction, including the spread of science and technology system of laws and regulations, improve the spread of science and technology investment system and improve the cultural system of the spread of science and technology.To study the obstacles and countermeasures of science and technology’s communication in our country, help the spread of science and technology rapid development, and play an important role of technology in the practice, actively promote the progress of the society of science and technology.
