Research On The Optimization Of Industrial Chain Of Eco-industrial Demonstration Parks Based On Enterprise Niche

Work on the construction of eco-industrial park(EIP) in China has been practiced for more than 14 years. GuangXi Guigang EIP, belongs to the Industry park, is the first state-level EIP of our country, which marks that the industry develops towards ecology and zone.Unfortunately, until today, few industry Park are approved to name the state park. Except that the park’s construction is difficult,what leads industrial EIP low efficiency is due to other factors. Through in-depth investigation of the current situation,it find that park management emphasizes on industry chain building, ignoring the subsequent optimization, which resulting in failing to pass the “industry standards of eco-industrial park." Due to the special nature of the industry park, its healthy development contributes to eliminating environmental hazards, reducing environmental risks, protecting public health and maintaining social stability. Therefore, this research has certain practical significance.Firstly, concept of niche and connotation of industry chain are defined briefly, the related theoretical basis of industrial chain and enterprise optimization are analyzed deeply, making theoretical groundwork for the following research; and then, on the base of analyzing the status of the EIP, highlight the industry chain’s problem of industrial EIP and choose the niche theory as an optimization tool, optimizing the industrial chain from niche strengthening、niche adjustment、niche supplement and niche evolution four aspects; Baotou Steel EIP’s empirical research will be analyzed.
