Research On Yacht Industry Of Zhenjiang Based On The Theory Of Trend And Position Of Niche

The yacht industry in China develops rapidly these days, and the competitiveness of the yacht enterprises also gradually enhanced.Zhenjiang has more than 60 years of industrial base of ship, and the economic development is already reached the requirement of the yacht industry development, so the development of yacht industry is the trend of Zhengjiang’s ship industry,therefore it’s an urgent need to know that whether Zhenjiang is suitable for development of yacht industry, which part can be developed, and how to develop.Based on above reasons, this paper takes Zhenjiang as the research object, combining the theory of ecological niche situation made the following research:(1)Based on the theory of niche, studied the connotation of yacht industry ecological niche of the city, and according to the ecological niche measurement, select the suitable method, and determine the related calculation formula. Through the analysis, in order to reduce the influence of subjective factors, using entropy value method to indicators of empowerment.(2) According to the development of yacht industry, and the structure characteristics of yacht industry, this paper from the sight of yacht manufacture, yacht consumption, yacht service and related industry these four views to analyze the related factors affecting the development of the yacht industry, and according to these factors, this paper construct the city yacht industry niche model and evaluation index system. Combine with the actual situation of Zhenjiang, firstly analyzed the feasibility of developing yacht industry, and then According to the《2012-2013 report on China’s yacht industry》 choose six yacht cities which the comprehensive development capacity is higher. At last, use the model to calculate, then analyze and compare the results.(3) Compare the Zhenjing’s results with the other six cities, find out the advantages and disadvantages of the current development of zhenjiang city yacht industry, and based on the actual situation of Zhenjiang put forward some suggestions about development and orientation. And Zhenjiang’s yacht industry develop direction should be “the key development orientation is yacht auxiliary facilities, and cultivate the yacht design”. Finally, some suggestions for the development of Zhenjiang yacht industry are supplied on yacht industry development strategies, development path, development layout and security measures.Based on the research, this paper think that the development direction of yacht industry is: focus on developing the yacht mating, selectively develop the yacht manufacture and cultivate the yacht design, for the yacht consumption, due to the influence of objective factors such as the geographic conditions, it is not suitable to develop. According to the development direction, the overall development strategy should be like this: scientific planning, classified guidance, take the advantage, and make the key breakthrough, make efforts to promote Zhenjiang’s yacht industry develop coordinately. The development path mainly divided into three steps, firstly, develop the yacht mating, then the yacht manufacturing, the last is the yacht design; secondly, extending the ship mating to support the yacht industry; thirdly, make something to attractive investment and cultivate the yacht design. The yacht industry layout system should be one supporting base, three manufacture points and two design centers. At last, this paper put forward four safeguard measures:1) continue to introduce polices and measures;2) construct public service platform, and speed up the innovation;3) speed up the project construction investment and promote the development;4) increase the industry financing channels and promote the development.
