Thus, Vigorously promoting the technological innovation capability of SME development, researching into new products, accelerating the pace of development of high-tech SMEs, cultivating the unique advantage of high-tech SMEs are vital to promotion of the whole country’s technology innovation level and its sustainable healthy economic development, Therefore, how to make them realize their shortages and break through to promote the technological innovation capability of SMEs and attain development is referred to an urgent problem to be solved.The essay will describe the identification standard of high-tech SMEs, SME characteristics, theories of technological innovation, features and other content about technological innovation of high-tech SMEs.
