With the increasing depth of Chinese economic reform, labor relations have undergone profound changes, showing that labor relationship becomes more market-oriented and legislative, employee hopes more benefits and labor disputes demands collectivization. In this context, most employers of corporate still use old strategies, combined with domestic unions safeguard the interests of employees missing functions, resulting surge in labor disputes. Looking back theorists, foreign research on multi-employer strategies focused on trade unions, obviously does not apply to Chinese context. At the same time, domestic research in this area started late. In view of this, studies about strategies on Chinese context need to be carried out.First, this study looks back to the documents, and according to the author’s understanding about the employer strategies, defied the relationship between the employee and the employer’s enterprise as building or managing their labor relations, and collection actions contradictory treatment programs for employers’ strategies.Secondly, based on the pre-interview research on modified outline, the author conducts data collection through three phases on three cases of enterprise, then through grounded theory codes data three times, resulting out six main areas, a core category and types and their influence factor model.Finally, the author analyzes results of the coding model, explains the system discriminates factors and factors affecting direct employer strategies and the characteristics of the six employers’ strategies.Based on specifications and rigorous qualitative research program, building theory from the data, the author finished localization strategy, ultimately come to the type of employer strategies in the Chinese context and its influence factor model, with some theoretical contributions.
