Gannan navel orange has a production that rank first in China and third in the world foryears, its marketing scope escalate constantly and became one of the most competitive fruits.In2014, Gannan navel orange located first in the value of agricultural product list with avalue of53.89million¥. However, logistics problems such as poor infrastructure andtechnology, lower scale and integration, longer circulation links, faultiness informationsystem management etc. restrict Gannan navel orange industrial modernization developmentlong-term. Oranges are mostly transported and distributed under normal temperatureconditions, the long logistics chain coupled with poor techniques about product packaging,shelf-life preservation, processing and transport ect. lead to serious corrosion damage andhuge costs. Therefore, this paper research multi-objective optimization of Gannan navelorange distribution network with goal of improving the distribution system and reducinglogistics costs of navel orange.This paper is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one discusses the research background,purpose and significance, presents the main contents and technology roadmap after theresearch status of fruit logistics were reviewed. Chapter ii discusses the production andmarketing status, distribution channels and logistics problems exist in distribution process ofGannan navel orange. Chapter iii discusses the expectations, contents and methodologies ofGannan navel orange distribution network research. Chapter iv, a new circulation pattern ofGannan navel orange is proposed with large distribution center and leading processingenterprises as the core first; Then, the hierarchy layout of Gannan navel orange logisticsnetwork node in Jiangxi province is designed with Entropy-TOPSIS Method and MATLABsoftware considering indexes of economic, social, transport and geographic; At last, thenumber and exact location of Gannan navel orange distribution centers in Ganzhou city isdetermined with clustering-gravity method. Chapter v takes large-middle sized supermarketRT-Mart, Carrefour, Hualian century, Guoguang ect. as the newhall navel orange demander,and builds cost function model including fixed cost, transportation cost, energy cost, decaycost and punishment cost with soft time windows, the optimal distribution routes is obtainedwith the help of C-W saving algorithms and MATLAB software. Analysis result indicates thatthe above scheme has low distribution cost, strong punctuality, high travel utilization rate andloading efficiency, and significant social benefits. Chapter vi summarizes the contents ofGannan navel orange distribution network, and outlooks the future research.
