A Study On Tourism Industrial Cluster Evolution And Initiative

Nowadays, more and more researchers combine industry cluster theories withtourism industry to study the tourism industry cluster. Following the general regulationevolutionary, tourism industry cluster may have a correct path of development, but aseries of potential risk factors exist in the process of the industry cluster may have animpact on development of the cluster, eventually lead to the declination of cluster.However, the government and the cluster itself can take some reasonable conducts toavoid risk factors in the process of evolution, and can provide a correct path for tourismindustry development; the results will make a sustainable development of regionaltourism industry eventually.First, this article begins with a brief summary of the concepts and essence ofindustrial clusters, then integrates tourism industry cluster concept, characteristics andelements, etc., based above concept and characteristic, it studies the general regulationevolutionary of the tourism industry cluster. Second, it gives the identification for thetourism industry cluster aggregation degree. Using some analysis methods (tourismindustry entropy coefficient, production specialization index and enterprise associationanalysis and decision method), the article establishes the tourism industry clusterdecision index system and evaluation model, and then judges tourism industry clusteraggregation degree. Third, with the references related to cluster evolution theory, itstudies industrial cluster, and analyzes a series of risk factors in evolution characteristicsin each stage. Fourth, in accordance with the above risk factors, it puts forward that thegovernment and the cluster itself should take some initiative to influence tourismindustry cluster development. Finally, based on related theories, it analyzes Qujiang tourism industry cluster evolution. Combining the theory and empirical research, thearticle draws a conclusion that tourism industry, which has formed a cluster hasdifferent characteristics and all kinds of risk factors in the process of each stage duringthe evolution, Only some measures and proposes are taken from the government and thecluster itself respectively, can it implement effective guidance for tourism industrycluster evolution more perfect.
