But, Henanprovince urbanization level has been in a relatively low level, in such a climate,Henan province is faced with the unprecedented pressure and test, all aspects includepopulation, economy, society，environmental problems in the process of urbanizationcannot be ignored. The lack of innovation for planning theory and means, and thelack of the imperfection of the system arrangement, lag the development ofurbanization in Henan province and even more influenced the healthy degree ofurbanization. Therefore, this paper establishes the healthy urbanization evaluationindex system, evaluation for Henan healthy urbanization level, obtains the overalllevel of development in Henan province is not high, and the coordinateddevelopment degree of quantitative measurement concluded that Henan provinceurbanization did not enter a state of coordination, we know that the situation isvery grim.
