With the economic development and social progress, the country increasingly paysattention to sustainable development, energy saving and environment protection. In thiscircumstance, pure pursuit of GDP growth has been unable to meet the requirement ofsocial harmony, so the advanced technologies of effective energy conservation andemissions reduction arise at the historic moment. The potential analysis of energyconservation and emissions reduction is to ensure the space evaluation in the future ofenergy conservation and emissions reduction for advanced technologies. Through themeasuring, advanced technologies can be determined through the analysis of the potentialof energy conservation and emissions reduction potential and the spent cost which for theuse in actual production technology has great significance.The main research purpose of the article is to analyze the specific advanced technologyof energy conservation and emissions reduction potential and the cost spent. First of all,through studies the technological progress of energy conservation and emissions reductionpotential analysis of relevant information, this article means to research the influence on theeffect of energy conservation and emissions reduction, by choosing industrial energyconsumption and advanced technology patent data, using the method of Granger causalityanalysis proves that the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction is caused bytechnological advances. Secondly, based on the advanced technology is the cause of energyconservation and emissions reduction effect hypothesis, the selection of China’s industrialkey industries-steel industry, cement industry and construction industry for nearly10years of technical patent data, and using the method of calculate keywords and themes ofthe network words of CiteSpace, the article has analyzed the technology hotspots andfrontiers, which studies the main technology research and development of the energyconservation and emissions reduction of the three industry. Again, on the basis of the twoaspects mentioned above, the study of technological progress of the potential of energyconservation and emissions reduction works. In China’s industrial key industries-steelindustry, cement industry and construction industry, the article takes26items of nationallevel technologies, using the Conservation Supply Curve to measure the energyconservation and emissions reduction potential of high cost advanced technologies of threeindustries. Finally, in this paper, the high cost of operational technology of cost-benefit hasbeen analyzed, which to determine the specific cause of the cost of technology increasing,and it has put forward opinions and suggestions for the use of actual technologies. Through the study of this article, low cost technologies with high energy conservationand emissions reduction potential of three industrial key industries have been calculated.The paper manifests the progress of researching energy conservation and emissionsreduction potential analyzing is effective for the use of industrial fields. The results ofresearch help related government department to make list of key technologies for energyconservation and emissions reduction, and promote the formulation and implementation ofenergy conservation and emissions reduction policy.
