The development of informational technologies led to significant changes inproduction, international trade and competition. Despite the fact that e-commerce is anew phenomenon of20th century, it has already affected traditional trade byimplementing fast and convenient methods. E-commerce expanded market borders,enhanced frequency, reduced costs for delivery, informational exchange and risks,increased chances for reliable transactions and encouraged international trade in general.Furthermore e-commerce promotes medium and small business on global market,weaken competition among sellers and widen consumers’ opportunities. The keymoment in e-business development is the raise of production and competitive ability inthe separate industries. In general, the benefit of e-commerce appears in rapiddomination on market, expanding of production, profit from posting advertisement,reduction of storage and labor costs, and additional services.World economic crisis and revaluation of Chinese RMB decreased foreign,European and American purchasing; small low profit orders replaced traditional highprofitable wholesale. Thereby companies gain profit based on government tax refundingsubsidiaries. International e-trade development had distinguishing influence ontraditional trade methods; boundless virtual space provides unlimited opportunities forimport-export companies. Particularly, international trade companies are able to useadvantage of prime costs, interstate difference, priority of first hand and massproduction effect. In these conditions, a large amount of companies are eager to initiatenew profitable markets. In this case, e-commerce is the best instrument, but the lack ofadvanced micro-economic research of developing countries on the new market has beenobserved.Accordingly, the company that initiated foundation of Russian Chinesee-commerce stated following objectives: unify online and offline business; provide tocompanies from Russia, East European and formal USSR countries ability to transactwith Chinese companies; simplify entering to international market for small andmedium Chinese business, including individuals.The presented work describes foundation of Russian Chinese platform ofe-commerce and shows conducted analysis of e-commerce features, required countriesand consumers’ needs. The influence of e-commerce on international trade had beenexamined in details. The conducted SWOT-analysis has shown advantages anddisadvantages. As the result, the marketing strategy has been designed to providecompany successfully enter to the international market.
