In recent years, driven by national policies, circular economy and information technology, recycling platforms such as "Aihuishou" and "Huishoubao" have gradually emerged, opening up new recycling channels that are formal, efficient and sustainable. At the same time,in the actual business operation, these recycling platforms to expand the recycling flow, but also with "Jingdong","Huawei Mall" and other e-commerce shopping platforms signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and jointly carry out the "trade-in"business,to achieve recycling of used products and new product sales linkage. However, the two sides of the "trade-in" cooperation model are still in the exploration stage, there are many problems to be clarified, and these problems can not be properly resolved, which may cause the failure of cooperation. In this regard, this paper focuses on the supply chain system of an e-commerce shopping platform and an online recycling platform, and takes "trade-in"cooperation between the two platforms as the research theme, from the "trade-in"cooperation strategy and the "trade-in" cooperation based on the "trade-in" cooperation."In this paper,we focus on the supply chain system consisting of e-commerce shopping platforms and online recycling platforms. In this paper, the game models are constructed for the cooperation strategy of "tradein" between the recycling platform and e-commerce shopping platform, and the game models are constructed for the cooperation strategy of "no trade-in","trade-in",and "tradein" respectively. In this paper,we construct a game model with no "trade-in" strategy and "trade-in" strategy, and conduct a comparative analysis and parameter sensitivity analysis based on solving the optimal equilibrium solution. The results show that when the cost of refurbishment is low,"trade-in" cooperation will expand the market demand for refurbished products, but is not conducive to the direct sale of new products.However,"trade-in" cooperation is not necessarily beneficial to the economic revenue of both platforms, and the e-commerce shopping platform can only profit from it when the cost of acquiring new products is low,and the profit of the recycling platform will only increase when the size of the used product market stock and the cost of acquiring new products are both large or small. If both sides of the platform do carry out "trade-in" cooperation, with the increase of the recycling price, the economic revenue of the e-commerce shopping platform grows, but the economic revenue of the recycling platform shows a trend of first growth and then decreases. This paper constructs a game model for the implementation of the "trade-in" cooperation strategy between the two platforms, solves the optimal equilibrium solution by using the Lagrange multiplier method, and focuses on the impact of the "trade-in" subsidy on the supply chain system. The impact of "trade-in" subsidies on the supply chain system is investigated. The study shows that only when the refurbishment cost of used products is below a certain threshold, the network recycling platform will be willing to refurbish all used products, otherwise it will only partially refurbish them.If the network recycling platform refurbishes all used products, then when the residual value factor of used products is small, with the increase of "trade-in" subsidy, the market size of direct sales of new products shrinks, the market size of direct sales of refurbished products and "trade-in" market expands;when the residual value coefficient is moderate, the market size of the three categories shrinks with the increase of trade-in subsidies;when the residual value factor is large, with the increase of "trade-in" subsidy, the market scale of direct sale of new products expands, and the market scale of direct sale of refurbished products and "trade-in" market shrinks. If the network recycling platform partially refurbishes the used products, with the increase of the "trade-in" subsidy, the market size of direct sales of new products gradually shrinks, and the market size of direct sales of refurbished products and the "trade-in" market gradually expands.Only when the residual value of used products or the number of subsidies meet certain conditions can both sides of the platform achieve mutual benefit and a win-win situation, and at the same time, the refurbishment strategy of the online recycling platform for used products will affect this conditioned space.
